The Annual Governance and Accountability Return is available for inspection by any local government elector in the area of Reedham Parish Council on application to the Clerk. Copies can be provided on payment of £3 for each copy.

Reedham Parish Council gives notice that the unaudited Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) for the financial year ending 31 March 2026 has been published and is available for public inspection from the dates published below.
Public Rights to Inspect the Accounts
Any person interested has the right to inspect and make copies of the accounting records for the financial year to which the audit relates. This includes access to all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers, receipts, and other documents relating to those records.
For the year ended 31 March 2026 these documents will be available on reasonable notice on application to:
